DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

For Trading-Related Responsibilities:
• Receive orders from Sales and Clients and preparing Sales order
• Preparing delivery documents and retrieval of return documents
• Sales and customer coordination
• Gives administrative and customer service support to the sales team
• Coordinates with Logistics regarding delivery of products
• Creating sales and executive reports

For Liaison Officer-Related Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and government
offices/agencies regarding project-related matters.
• Coordinate the submission, processing, and follow-up of permits, licenses, and other
government requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies governing government
projects.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and records required by government
agencies.
• Monitor updates on government policies, directives, and regulatory changes affecting
company projects.
• Assist in resolving issues, queries, or concerns raised by government agencies in relation
to ongoing projects.
• Support management in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with government
stakeholders.
