● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
● At least 1–3 years of relevant office or administrative experience is an advantage.(Newly graduated are also welcome)
● Hands-on experience in order processing, quotation preparation, and billing procedures.
● Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
● Experience in a trading or manufacturing company.
● Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work with minimal supervision.
● Possesses a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:
● Handle order processing from clients and the Japan Head Office, including quotation preparation, purchase orders (PO), and delivery coordination.
● Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and other related billing documents.
● Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and payment processing.
● Monitor and follow up on customer payment due dates.
● Support accounting tasks such as payment tracking and expense monitoring when needed.
● Maintain proper filing and documentation of all business transactions.
● Provide general office administrative support (scheduling, supplies management, correspondence, etc.).
● Communicate effectively in English with internal and external stakeholders.
● Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
