Required Experience:
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
 At least 1 year of experience in logistics, operations, warehousing, or supply chain.
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills
 Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with the SAP system is a plus
 Good communication and coordination skills
 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 Willing to work on-site (MAKATI) and extend hours when needed

Responsibilities:
 Coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and delivery schedules
 Monitor inventory levels and update stock records regularly
 Prepare and process documents such as delivery receipts, invoices, purchase orders, and shipment reports
 Communicate with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
 Track shipments and resolve delays, discrepancies, or logistics concerns
 Assist in planning and optimizing delivery routes and schedules
 Ensure warehouse procedures follow safety and compliance standards
 Support operations in materials planning and replenishment
 Maintain organized files and documentation for reporting
