Job Description:

Carry out routine maintenance tasks and perform general cleaning to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the workplace.

Deliver and pick up outgoing documents, packages, parcels, mails, cheques and other items as per given instruction.

Assist to scan, photocopy documents, materials as required.

Purchase of office items as per given instruction.

Physically checked, received, delivered office materials/items and reported defective items to HR to process the return.

Transact and submit to relevant Government Agencies and other organizations regarding permits, licenses renewal, payments of Office Utilities.

Perform any other functions that may be assigned from time to time that may be deemed necessary.

Check/Stock/Arrange /Report Office and Pantry Supplies requirements.

Undertake routine maintenance, check of office premises and general cleaning as scheduled.

Check and Report unnecessary issues pertaining to office facilities, equipment etc.

Locked and Unlocked office premises as needed.

Other tasks assigned by the Management.
