Key Responsibilities
Errands and Deliveries:
Pick up and deliver documents, packages, supplies, and other items to clients, vendors, and other company branches or sites.
Purchasing:
Purchase office supplies, groceries, and other necessary items.
Financial Transactions:
Handle bill payments and conduct bank transactions.
Administrative Support:
Assist with filing, operating office equipment, and other general office duties.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork related to pickups, deliveries, and errands.
Liaison Role:
Serve as a point of contact between the office and external entities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Trustworthiness:
Punctual, trustworthy, and reliable.
Time Management:
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to complete errands and deliveries on time.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to stay organized and maintain accurate records.
Driving Skills (Often Required):
May need to drive a motorcycle or vehicle and have a valid driver's license.
Familiarity with Routes:
Knowledge of Metro Manila routes and traffic conditions is often a plus.
Education:
A High School diploma or equivalent is usually the minimum, with some roles requiring college-level education.
