YOUR MISSION Activate the strength of the Anytime Fitness brand through localized, high-performance marketing campaigns that directly drive membership acquisition and retention at the club level. You will lead and coordinate marketing execution across several clubs, manage local campaign strategy, design assets, and collaborate with sales and operations to maximize impact. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Own and execute multi-club marketing plans focused on lead generation, campaign conversion, and sales support. Design high-impact marketing materials: digital ads, social media visuals, print collateral, in-club signage Manage and optimize social media presence and ad campaigns for each location. Lead a team of Marketing Associates and manage productivity and output. Coordinate with each Club Manager and Sales team to localize efforts and hit club-level KPIs Analyze campaign performance across locations and adjust based on real-time results. Manage local activations, community events, and cross-promotions with nearby businesses. Ensure brand alignment and messaging consistency across all clubs Stay current on local market trends, competitor moves, and emerging growth opportunities WHO YOU ARE 3+ years of hands-on marketing execution, ideally in multi-site fitness, retail, or service brands Proven success running campaigns that generate leads and drive foot traffic Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva) and content creation ability Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and campaigns in parallel Digital-savvy with a working knowledge of paid ads, analytics, and engagement strategies Highly organized, proactive, and results-focused Based in or willing to relocate to General Santos City (full-time, on-site leadership role) WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS This isn't a strategy desk job.
