JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s degree holder
✨ With at least 6 months – 1 year of experience in HR/Company Nurse
✨Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna
✨Amenable to attend face to face interview
✨Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
✨ Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring full compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
✨ Handle government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and Withholding Tax), including preparation of reports and timely remittances.
✨ Monitor and maintain accurate records of attendance, leaves, and overtime.
✨ Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and internal HR policies across all HR functions.
✨ Assist in employee relations activities, including performance management, counseling, and disciplinary procedures.
✨ Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
✨ Support HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement, training, and development activities.
✨ Perform other HR-related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
