The AP (Accounts Payable) Staff provides financial, administrative, and clerical support by managing payments and controlling expenses. The role includes processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, preparing payment schedules, coordinating with suppliers, and generating weekly reports such as sales and aged inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile invoices and check requests
- Review and upload invoices to the system
- Coordinate supplier payments and monitor payment schedules
- Prepare weekly sales and inventory reports

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Preferably 2 years of experience (not required)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, analytical, and data entry skills
- Good communication skills and proficiency in basic math
