Job Summary:
The Sales Associate is responsible for achieving individual and team sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service. This role involves assisting customers with product selection, maintaining organized and visually appealing displays, and supporting daily store operations in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals.
Maintain proper visual merchandising and store organization.
Accurately process sales transactions and handle payments.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:

Senior High School graduate or College level (Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented, customer-focused, and reliable.
Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
