About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will handle calls and inquiries from healthcare providers, ensuring efficient communication, accurate information, and excellent service delivery. This role is perfect for someone with solid voice support experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and confidently.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver outstanding service in every interaction.
- Communicate brand and company policies clearly and effectively.
- Identify opportunities, provide solutions, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare necessary reports and documentation using company systems or web-based tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service to providers.

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of international voice account experience.
- Completed at least 2 years in college.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work onsite (hybrid) and amenable to shifting schedules.
