As a Sales Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, representing the brand and ensuring a positive shopping experience that they must experience.

Your role includes the following:
· Actively engage customers and understand their travel needs,
· Recommend the right luggage and accessories to the client,
· Key part in maintaining store presentation,
· Handling transactions, and
· Supporting smooth daily operations

Core Responsibilities:
Client Engagement
1. Welcome and engage customers to create a friendly and approachable store environment.
2. Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products to meet their travel requirements.
3. Explain product features, differences, warranties, and care instructions.
4. Manages sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using the POS system.
5. Handle customer concerns or complaints politely and resolve issues effectively.
6. Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and overall store appearance.
7. Support stock management by checking inventory, replenishing shelves, and reporting shortages.
8. Work with the team to meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets.
9. Uphold company policies and ensure excellent customer service standards at all times.
10. Make a live selling through social media.
11. Ad hoc duties related to the position.

Key Skills Required
· Communication and Interpersonal Skills: To effectively interact with diverse customers and build rapport.
· Sales Skills: Including persuasion, negotiation, and closing sales.
· Product Knowledge: To be able to accurately represent and sell the product.
· Customer Service: To ensure a positive and helpful experience for potential buyers.
· Organizational Skills: To manage sales leads, customer data, and administrative tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:
At least 2 years in college. Bachelor's degree not required but having is a plus.
Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-first attitude with problem-solving skills.
Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to work flexible schedules (weekends/holidays).
