Responsibilities
  • Monitor inventory: Track inventory levels, incoming and outgoing products, and delivery schedules
  • Manage inventory: Implement inventory management procedures, perform cycle counts, and order additional stock
  • Store inventory: Organize and store items in warehouses or retail outlets
  • Maintain records: Update databases with incoming and outgoing products, and handle receiving reports
  • Resolve issues: Address shortages, complaints, and customer requests
  • Prepare reports: Create reports on sales volumes and merchandising
  • Maintain safety: Use equipment and tools safely, and lead others in safe work practices
  • Coordinate repairs: Coordinate the repair of repairable inventory
  • Maintain vendor relations: Work with vendors to identify parts and materials needed
