This role ensures efficient HR processes, supports talent management, and maintains compliance with labor laws. The HR & Admin Supervisor also manages administrative functions to support smooth office and operational activities in a fast-paced, digital-driven environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in HRIS tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment is an advantage.
