You'll play a key role supporting our client in Australia in providing exceptional administrative services to their health care administration business.

This role is for someone who loves administration It involves emails, phone calls, processes, answering questions, solving problems, teamwork, scheduling procedures, reconciliation, working with spreadsheets, record-keeping, and data management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administration tasks: attend to email queries, phone calls, record keeping and data management to Monday dot com and business software.
- Managing queries for patients and doctors; and provide a calm compassionate interface for them.
- Maintain patient registration forms to retrieve all billing and booking information.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of correct billing procedures.
- Use correct information to create documents to send to patients and hospitals
- Attend to and act upon queries regarding procedures and how to prepare for them (training provided on this).
- Assisting with statistical data collection as directed.
- Communicate effectively with practice staff/clinicians.
- Liaise with external suppliers such as pathology, other radiology, specialist and health service providers as required.
- High level of checking own work and ensuring only correct work sent to patients.
- Promoting and maintaining a professional relationship with all staff and clients towards the goal of optimum outcomes across the care continuum.
- Provide other administrative support for the Medical Rooms.

Requirements:
Has completed any related course.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience is required for this position.
- Experience using Monday.com or any cloud-based software is ideal.
- Experience in Medical field administration is not required as on the job training will be provided.
- Meticulous and has a keen attention to detail.
- Must be organized and dedicated.
- Proactive in acquiring new skills and knowledge is an advantage.
- Work from home but must be willing to work onsite as needed.
- Must have a stable internet connection for a work-from-home arrangement. The designated work area must be in a private room, separate from shared spaces used by other household members.
