Position: HR Specialist (Online Interview)

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
With at least 3 years of work experience in HR or HR & Admin roles
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR documentation is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office applications and basic HR systems
Amenable to work onsite in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
Willing to attend face-to-face interviews
Can start as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates
Coordinate interview schedules with applicants, hiring managers, and department heads
Facilitate onboarding processes, including orientation, preparation of employment contracts, and collection of pre-employment requirements
Maintain accurate and updated 201 files, attendance records, and employee HR documents
Process employee information updates, position changes, disciplinary records, and related HR transactions
Monitor and validate daily attendance, leave applications, overtime requests, and schedule changes
Support HR initiatives such as training programs, policy implementation, and employee engagement activities
Assist in administrative tasks such as office supply monitoring, handling requests, and coordinating with suppliers when needed
Provide support for HR reports, government filings, and compliance requirements
Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations
