Position: HR & Admin Specialist

Location: Lapu- lapu City, Cebu
Salary: Php20,000 – Php25,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift)
Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Human Resources or any related course
✨At least 3 years of experience in HR and Administrative role
✨Experience working in the same industry is advantage
✨Knowledgeable in DOLE rules
✨Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
✨ Responsible for Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws
✨Handling employee relations and HR duties
✨Handling employee violations and concerns.
✨Responsible for coordinating orientation and training for the new employees of the company.
✨ Maintaining accurate employee data bases and proper records of employee attendance.
