Position: HR & General Affairs Specialist Industry: Manufacturing Company Location: Lapu- Lapu City, Cebu Salary: Php30,000 – Php35,000 Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift) Work Set up: Work on site Benefits: ✨ Government mandated Benefits ✨ HMO ✨ 13th month pay ✨ Leave Credits ✨Medical Health Insurance ✨Scholarship Program ✨Annual Physical Exam (APE) ✨Perfect Attendance Incentive ✨Seniority Reward, Employee Allowances ✨New Hire Dormitory ✨Meal Allowance Job Requirements: ✨ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field ✨At least 5 years of experience in General Affairs or administrative work ✨At least 3 years of work experience in Supervisory role. ✨ Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing industry. ✨ Willing to work fully on-site Job Responsibilities: ✨ Process employment permits and visas for foreign employees ✨Handle and control foreigner documentation, manage expat-related requirements, and arrange business trip ✨ Ensure compliance with labor and immigration laws. ✨ Maintain accurate and updated employee records. ✨Arrange hotel accommodations and transportation for visitors. ✨Assist and support internal departments with various administrative needs ✨ Oversee and maintain factory cleanliness Recruitment Process: Face to Face ✨ Initial interview ✨ Final interview ✨ JOB OFFER
