Job Requirements:
✨ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
✨At least 3-5 years of experience in General Affairs or administrative work
✨Knowledgeable in processing AEP/visa, DOLE, BI, PEZA
✨ Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing industry.
✨ Willing to work fully on-site

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Process employment permits and visas for foreign employees
✨Handle and control foreigner documentation, manage expat-related requirements, and arrange business trip
✨ Ensure compliance with labor and immigration laws.
✨ Maintain accurate and updated employee records.
✨Arrange hotel accommodations and transportation for visitors.
✨Assist and support internal departments with various administrative needs
✨ Oversee and maintain factory cleanliness
