The Digital Marketing Specialist specializing in Social Media & Creatives is responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging digital campaigns across social platforms. This role blends content strategy with visual
storytelling to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support lead generation. Working closely with the marketing team, the specialist ensures all content aligns with brand identity, digital best practices, and current trends.

Job Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Execution
● Develop and implement platform-specific content strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok,
and YouTube platforms.
● Manage the social media calendar and ensure timely, consistent posting that reflects the brand voice.
● Monitor trends, hashtags, and engagement insights to optimize performance and adapt content strategies.
● Actively engage with the community, respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to establish relationships.

Content Creation & Visual Storytelling
● Conceptualize, design, and edit social-first graphics, videos, and other creative assets using tools like
Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut.
● Maintain brand consistency across all creatives and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.

Campaign & Ad Support
● Support the launch of paid social campaigns by developing creatives and adapting organic content for ads.

Analytics & Optimization
● Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and
third-party platforms.
● Prepare monthly reports with insights, learnings, and content performance recommendations.
● A/B test visuals and formats to continuously improve engagement and reach.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
● 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media and visual content.
● Proficient in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator), and basic video editing platforms
(CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
● Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, Notion, or Asana.
● Strong understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and content formats.
● Excellent written and visual communication skills.
● Detail-oriented, creative, and agile in a fast-paced digital environment.
