Sales & Business Development Develop and implement strategies to grow club membership across all categories. Hospitality or club industry experience preferred. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing members to ensure retention. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and sponsorships. Manage the complete sales process, including tours, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Drive F&B and banquet sales by actively promoting club dining venues, catering services, and event spaces. Collaborate with the F&B Manager and Events Team to package and sell club offerings. Monitor and report on all revenue streams, including membership, events, and F&B promotions. Marketing Strategy & Execution Create and implement the club's annual marketing plan. Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, website content, and online promotions. Advanced expertise in digital marketing required. Develop marketing materials such as brochures, menus, newsletters, and promotional campaigns for F&B and events. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communications. Manage PR efforts, media exposure, and community activities. Events, Banquets & Promotions Collaborate with the Events and F&B teams to conceptualize, promote, and execute club events, tournaments, and banquets. Create targeted promotions to drive participation in sports activities, F&B outlets, and seasonal events. Lead the sales efforts for private functions, corporate gatherings, and banquet packages. Develop pricing strategies, promotional bundles, and seasonal offers to maximize event and banquet bookings. F&B Marketing & Revenue Growth Plan and implement marketing campaigns to boost daily F&B sales, special menus, themed nights, and seasonal promotions. Coordinate with F&B to highlight signature dishes, chef specials, and club dining experiences. Track sales performance of F&B promotions and recommend improvements. Support menu engineering and price positioning through member feedback and market trends. Market Research & Analysis Conduct competitor benchmarking and monitor industry trends for membership, hospitality, and F&B. Analyze customer insights, surveys, and feedback to guide strategic decisions. Provide regular performance reports on all marketing and revenue metrics. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead, mentor, and evaluate the Sales & Marketing Team. Manage 10+ team members. Work closely with Operations, F&B, Sports & Recreation, Membership, Finance and Admin to ensure alignment. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
