Position: HR Admin staff
Industry: Construction Company
Location: Lapu- Lapu Cebu
Salary: Php 20,000-Php 30,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Work Set up: On site

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, human resources & management development or any related course
2- 3 years of experience in HR employee relations
Knowledgeable in employment equity regulations and labor law.
With experience working in a Japanese company is an advantage.
Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:
Assist the HR manager in handling employee violations and concerns.
Manage HR-related documentation and highly confidential documents.
Planning and implementing programs and processes to improve employee welfare
Train new employees
