Job Description / Responsibilities
✨ Lead and manage the Retail Coordinator (RC) team, providing guidance, support, and performance oversight.
✨ Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies and in-store presentations to attract customers and promote products.
✨ Assess the effectiveness and impact of retail modules, displays, and promotional setups.
✨ Audit RC team work on modules, displays, and POP materials, implementing corrective actions as needed.
✨ Oversee distribution, monitoring, and request management of POP materials and promotional freebies.

✨ Manage the setup (ingress), execution, and teardown (egress) of store exhibits and special displays.
