Inside Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver scripted sales pitches that describe products or services in a persuasive and engaging manner to potential customers.
- Contact businesses or private individuals via telephone to solicit sales for goods and services.
- Product & Service Explanation: Clearly explain the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services and address customer questions and concerns.
- Collect and accurately enter customer information (name, address, payment method) into the company’s system to process orders.
- Maintain detailed records of names, addresses, purchases, and responses from prospective customers to track interactions.
- Adjust sales scripts and approaches based on the needs, interests, and concerns of specific prospects, personalizing each interaction.
- Identify potential customers using a variety of sources, including telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and purchased lead lists.
- Answer inbound calls from prospective customers who have responded to advertisements, providing additional information as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries through follow-up phone calls, emails, or letters to close sales or build rapport.
- Keep up-to-date records of contacts, accounts, and orders in the CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible.
- Conduct client or market surveys to gather insights and better understand the needs of potential customers.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of inside sales, telesales, or customer service experience
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills; the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively over the phone.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience in sales pipeline management.
- Customer Focus: Ability to establish rapport, understand client needs, and tailor communication for various customer profiles.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite; experience with sales automation tools or systems is a plus.
- Work Arrangement: Must be open to work onsite at Pasig City
