Salary: Php 60,000-Php 80,000

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin &
English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- At least 2+ years of experience as an Admin Officer.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines efficiently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
- Mandarin Admin Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining business calendars for projects, events, meetings, and operations.
- Track and audit all scheduling to ensure deadlines are met and resources are properly allocated.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all documents.
- Translate and interpret documents, emails, and verbal communications between Mandarin and English.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff in Mandarin.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents in Mandarin and English.
