The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to assigned business units within The Aivee Group, providing end-to-end HR support across employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. This role ensures alignment between business objectives and people initiatives while fostering a positive, high‑performing workplace culture. Strategic Partnership Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, understanding operational goals and translating them into HR strategies and actions. Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning. Partner with department heads to implement HR initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and productivity. Employee Relations & Engagement Manage employee relations cases with fairness, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies. Champion employee engagement programs and activities that reinforce The Aivee Group’s culture and values. Conduct regular pulse checks and recommend interventions to address morale and performance concerns. Performance & Talent Management Support managers in implementing the performance management process, ensuring clarity of goals and timely feedback. Identify skill gaps and coordinate relevant training or coaching interventions in partnership with the L&D team. Guide leaders on career development and talent movement within the organization. HR Operations & Compliance Ensure accurate and timely execution of HR processes including onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding. Collaborate with HR Admin and Payroll teams to maintain data accuracy and policy compliance. Monitor adherence to labor laws and company policies, recommending updates as needed. Data Analytics & Reporting Utilize HR metrics and analytics to support business decisions and measure program effectiveness. Prepare reports and insights for management on turnover, engagement, and other key HR indicators. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Management. At least 5 years of HR generalist or business partnering experience, preferably in a service or healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across teams. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools.
