Position: Retail Marketing Manager
Location: Taguig City
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Salary: Php50,000-Php80,000 (Negotiable)
Qualifications:
✨Bachelor’s degree
✨With at least 3 years of experience in marketing / retail operation
✨With experience working in electronic company is an advantage
✨Amenable to attend interviews
✨Can start as soon as possible
Job Description / Responsibilities
✨ Monitor and track daily sales performance by channel, Regional Coordinator (RC), and store; prepare and distribute daily sales updates.
✨Analyze weekly sales performance and prepare reports, presenting insights to Sales teams, RCs, Product Managers, and Management.
✨Prepare monthly sales reports and conduct three-month performance evaluations for promoters.
✨Distribute weekly store inventory reports and provide insights to support purchase order (PO) planning and stock replenishment.
✨Manage marketing expense budgets, including monitoring, documentation, and reimbursement for promoter and RC salaries, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, exhibitions, and other marketing-related expenses.
