Qualifications:
✨Bachelor’s degree
✨With at least 3 years of marketing/retail operation experience
✨With experience in home appliances company is advantage

Job Description / Responsibilities
✨Monitor daily sales performance by channel, RC, and store, providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
✨Prepare weekly performance reports and share actionable insights with Sales, RCs, PMs, and management.
✨Generate monthly sales reports and evaluate promoter performance over rolling three-month periods.
✨Distribute weekly store inventory reports with actionable recommendations and support purchase order preparation.
✨Manage marketing expense budgets and process reimbursements, including promoter/RC salaries, POP materials, exhibitions, and other marketing-related costs.
