Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Officer, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of recruitment tools/platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
