About the roleAs a Collections Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of the company by effectively managing outstanding debts and maintaining positive customer relationships. This full-time position is located in Pasig City, Metro Manila, and is an integral part of our dynamic Collections team.What you'll be doingProactively contact customers with overdue payments to negotiate repayment plans and resolve outstanding balancesMaintain detailed records of all customer communications and payment arrangementsIdentify and escalate high-risk accounts to the appropriate team members for further actionProvide exceptional customer service and work closely with clients to find mutually agreeable solutionsCollaborate with the wider Collections team to develop and implement effective strategies for debt recoveryAdhere to all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirementsWhat we're looking forAt least 2 years of experience in a Collections or Customer Service role, preferably within the financial services industryStrong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers from diverse backgroundsExcellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a varied workloadProficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to maintain detailed records and generate reportsA customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to find solutions that benefit both the customer and the companyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex payment issuesCommitment to upholding the highest standards of professional and ethical conductWhat we offerWe are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
