Our teams are collaborative, vibrant and fast-growing and all team members are empowered with the freedom to influence our business with ideas that drive innovation and efficiency.Responsibilities: Handle invoicing, payments, and liaise with customers  Escalates customers disputes or enquiries to relevant departments and ensure proper follow up Prepare and issue accurate invoices for our SaaS and GPS tracking services. Ensure timely delivery of invoices to clients. Review and verify billing data to ensure accuracy before processing. Resolve any discrepancies in billing information promptly. Update and maintain detailed records of customer billing accounts. Manage recurring billing cycles and subscription renewals. Address and resolve customer billing questions and issues efficiently. Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive client relationships. Assist in the preparation and analysis of billing-related financial reports. Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies and financial regulations. Continuously improve billing processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Requirements: Graduate of any Accounting / Business Admin course With 5 years of experience in Billing and Accounting Proficient in MS office Can work onsite in Makati City, Philippines
