Job Summary:

The Community Sales Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end execution of direct-to-consumer sales within specific community channels and events. This role requires strong coordination skills to manage orders, inventory, event collateral, and brand representation to ensure successful sell-through and positive customer engagement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Logistics Coordination

a. Coordinate with community sellers to process and manage customer orders efficiently.

b. Confirm and schedule the date of dispatch and delivery for all community orders.

c. Serve as the main point of contact for sellers regarding product availability and order fulfillment.

2. Event & Marketing Support

a. Liaise directly with the internal Marketing Team to request and secure all necessary promotional and sales collateral (e.g., brochures, banners, product samples) required for community events.

b. Coordinate the setup and execution of sales events held within the community.

3. Performance & Inventory Management

a. Monitor and report on product stocks (inventory levels) daily to prevent shortages or overstocking for the channel.

b. Track and analyze the daily sellout rate from community sellers to inform future stock planning and sales strategies.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales coordination, logistics, or trade marketing. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and external sellers. Proficiency in monitoring social media channels and tracking sales/inventory data.
