Qualifications:
✨Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
✨At least 10–15 years of experience in retail sales management, with 5+ years at a senior leadership or executive level.
✨Amenable to attend interviews

✨Can start as soon as possible

Job Description / Responsibilities
✨Develop and execute long-term retail sales strategies aligned with company objectives and growth targets.
✨Oversee nationwide retail operations, ensuring consistent store performance, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experience.
✨Lead annual sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
✨Identify new business opportunities, retail formats, and market development initiatives to expand market presence.
✨Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, suppliers, distributors, and corporate accounts.
✨Drive improvements in store processes, merchandising strategies, and sales programs to maximize performance.
✨Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to optimize retail execution and ensure cross-functional alignment.
✨Establish and monitor KPIs and sales metrics to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
✨Mentor, coach, and develop the retail sales leadership team to cultivate a high-performing, results-driven organization.
✨Stay current with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging retail technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
