We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who is patient and detail-oriented. In this role, you will handle customers escalations, queries, billing concerns and other administrative tasks provided.Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone.Resolve customer complaints with patience, understanding, and a solution-focused approach.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with other departments to address and escalate complex customer concerns as needed.Qualifications:Excellent communication skills in English (both written and English).At least 3 years or more experience as Customer Service Associate in a BPO Set-up.Good phone etiquette.Customer service skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multi tasksComfortable talking inbound calls from customersProficiency with computers and basic software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
