Position: Sales Administrative Staff
Industry: Construction Company
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php30,000 – Php50,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Dayshift)
Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree Holder
✨At least 1 year working experience in administrative role
✨Experience working with ERP software system is advantage
✨ Knowledgeable in accounting and taxation role is a plus
✨Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Providing administrative support to the sales team to meet the profitability standards of the branch.
✨Handling customer inquiries and manage direct invoicing to the customers.
✨Preparing accurate monthly accounts receivable reports
✨Processing Vendor accreditations form and monitoring customer’s credit applications.
✨Coordinating with the logistic department deliveries and processing the orders.
