Position: Admin Assistant (Open for fresh graduate)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: Php1,000-Php17,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Handle incoming and outgoing mail, answer phones, and reply to emails and other questions.
- Plan meetings, schedule appointments, keep track of calendars, and organize travel.
-Create agendas, take minutes at meetings, and monitor action items.
- Establish and manage electronic and physical document and record filing systems.
- Update and enter data in spreadsheets, databases, and other documents.
