- With experience in customer service (an advantage)
- Computer literate (MS Word & Excel proficiency required)
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Willing to work beyond office hours when needed
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage customer calls and inquiries
- Provide product information and assist customers with their concerns
- Take orders, determine charges, and oversee billing and payments
- Handle and document customer complaints, returns, and feedback
- Coordinate and refer issues to supervisors, managers, or sales personnel as necessary
- Prepare invoices and assist in bidding preparations
- Ensure all orders are accurately processed and delivered on time
- Prepare and submit various reports related to customer transactions and activities
