Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Growth Professional to join our team. As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted marketing campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
- Sales Presentation and Demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our products.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Sales Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we also offer:
