Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to manage sales accounts and provide exceptional service to our clients. This role is vital in maintaining strong relationships with customers, supporting the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sales accounts, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Manage order processing, tracking, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to support account growth and customer retention.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.

Handle billing inquiries, payments, and account adjustments as needed.

Provide product knowledge and assistance to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Generate reports on account status, sales activity, and customer interactions.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proven experience in customer service, preferably handling sales accounts or B2B clients.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word).

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Sales-oriented with a customer-first attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
