Key Responsibilities

-Assist in sourcing and evaluating international suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery terms.
-Support the preparation of purchase orders and follow up on approvals and supplier confirmations.
-Coordinate the preparation and collection of import documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List).
-Track international shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status.
-Liaise with freight forwarders and customs agents to ensure timely and compliant import clearance.
-Assist in monitoring supplier performance and maintaining supplier databases.
-Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and international trade regulations.
-Maintain accurate procurement records and filing systems for audits and reporting.
-Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth end-to-end procurement processes.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
-1–3 years of procurement experience, with at least 1 year involving international/import transactions.
-Basic understanding of import procedures, customs documentation, and INCOTERMS.
-Good communication and negotiation skills.
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
-Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
-Can start immediately
