Schedule: Night Shift | Shifting | 2 Days Off
Salary: ₱24,675

About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative – Claims SSP FNOL who will handle customer inquiries and claims-related transactions with accuracy, professionalism, and empathy. You will serve as the first point of contact for claim submissions, ensuring smooth communication and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and claims confidently through calls and written correspondence.
- Foster and maintain strong client and customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and propose effective solutions.
- Clearly communicate brand and company policies to clients.
- Discuss product/service features, benefits, and terms; prepare necessary reports and documentation using web-based tools or proprietary systems.
- Apply effective problem-solving and negotiation skills in every interaction.

Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of voice account experience (generic).
- College graduate (any course).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be willing to work onsite and amenable to shifting schedules.
