The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role involves supervising accounting staff, reviewing financial reports, and supporting management in financial planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

Review and ensure accuracy of financial statements, reports, and schedules

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Assist in budget preparation, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis

Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies

Ensure timely filing of tax returns and statutory reports

Develop and implement effective accounting procedures and internal controls

Train, guide, and evaluate accounting staff

Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or Finance

CPA is an advantage

With at least 1 years of relevant accounting experience, including supervisory role

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting

Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
