Job Summary
The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the daily activities of the accounting department. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial records, adherence to accounting standards, and timely completion of financial reporting. The Supervisor acts as a technical expert, providing guidance to team members and assisting the Accounting Manager/Controller with complex accounting issues and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Management
Supervise, mentor, and train accounting staff on daily tasks, policies, and best practices.
Manage the workload distribution, scheduling, and performance evaluations for direct reports.
Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and efficiency within the accounting function.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Review and approve general ledger journal entries, bank reconciliations, and other complex accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Oversee the entire month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Monitor and manage accounts payable ($A/P$), accounts receivable ($A/R$), and fixed asset sub-ledgers.Ensure that internal controls are consistently followed and effective.
