Job DescriptionsValidates/approves patient enrollment applicationsOrients patients on program scheme and details, assists on inquiries/clarificationsProvides patient support with any inquiries or AE management counselling, if neededInitiate contact with patients who missed their doseVisits hospitals to collect enrollment forms (hardcopy) 2 days in a monthCoordinates with hospital pharmacists on sales transactions/medicine dispensing collection and clarificationsSupports hospital pharmacists on program or tools inquiriesEnsure compliance with relevant regulations, guidelines, and industry standards on patient support programsPerform tasks assigned by the Patient Solutions ManagerQualification:Must be a Registered Nurse with Active licenseAt least 2 years’ experience in a hospital settingProficient in MS Office (excel)Skills/Competencies requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare teamExperience in handling onco medicine.With medical thinking skills.Must be keen to details and able to deliver effectively with minimal supervision and capable of multi-tasking.Computer skillsExhibits excellent time management.
