Patient Advocacy Liaison

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us at Docquity Philippines Corporation as a Patient Navigator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting patients through various stages of their journey with us.

• Facilitate patient navigation and education on program schemes and details
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Manage and coordinate patient care activities, including case management and referrals
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans to meet individual patient needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient experiences

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in healthcare, specifically as a Registered Nurse with an active license. Additionally, you should possess at least 2 years' experience in a hospital setting and proficiency in MS Office (Excel). The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
