Work Set up/Schedule: Onsite | Shifting Schedule | 2 days off DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Process and manage retirement plan transactions accurately and on time. ● Handle client inquiries and provide resolutions in a professional manner. ● Review and validate participant data to ensure compliance with retirement plan rules. ● Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for issue resolution. ● Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy standards. ● Contribute to process improvements and best practices. QUALIFICATIONS: ● Candidate must have at least 2 years experience in US Retirement Services ● Educational attainment: completed Highschool or SHS ● Language Level: CEFR B1 ● Excellent Communication Skills ● Must be willing to work onsite and be amenable to shifting schedules.
