We are seeking a Spanish Bilingual CSR to handle customer inquiries and account support for retirement loan services. The role involves managing client relationships, handling calls and correspondence, promoting services, preparing reports, and supporting account strategies.

Qualifications:

✔️At least 1 year international voice account (BPO bilingual) experience

✔️Spanish proficiency (CEF Score B1)

✔️At least SHS graduate or 2nd-year college completed

✔️Excellent communication and sales/account management skills

✔️Willing to work onsite in Pasay City, night shift, weekends off

Compensation & Perks:
