Job Overview

We are hiring Active Philippine Registered Nurses (PHRN) with both hospital and BPO healthcare voice experience. The successful candidate will provide clinical support and medical review assistance to international clients while ensuring quality and compliance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications

Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license
At least 1 year hospital experience (any department)
At least 1 year BPO experience handling healthcare international voice account
Excellent communication skills and willingness to work onsite in Manila
Amenable to work on a night shift schedule
Can start ASAP

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: Up to ₱50,000

Signing Bonus: ₱40,000

Job Title: PHRN – UMR (Utilization Management Review)

Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Work Location: Manila/Ortigas
Start Date: ASAP

Job Overview

We are looking for experienced PHRNs with background in UMR (Utilization Management Review) and knowledge of InterQual criteria. The role involves reviewing medical necessity, supporting utilization management functions, and ensuring compliance with client and clinical standards.

Qualifications

Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license
With UMR experience using InterQual
BPO healthcare or clinical review experience preferred
Strong analytical and communication skills
Amenable to work onsite in Manila/ortiags
Can start ASAP
