Qualifications:
✨ Bachelor's degree holder
✨ At least 2-3 years of experience in HR/Admin
✨ Amenable to work on site in Lapu Lapu, Cebu
✨ Amenable to attend face to face interview
✨ Can start as soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:
✨ Oversee HR functions for Cebu-based employees in coordination with the Head Office.
✨ Handle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing qualified applicants, as well as placing newly hired workers at job sites.
✨ Maintain and manage employee records and documents for Cebu-based personnel.
✨ Collaborate closely with the Luzon HR team to ensure alignment of HR processes and initiatives.
✨ Demonstrate strong knowledge of labor laws and ensure compliance in all HR-related activities.
