Key Responsibilities:
✨ Oversee HR operations for Cebu-based employees in coordination with the Head Office.
✨ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing qualified candidates, as well as onboarding new hires at their respective job sites.
✨ Maintain and organize employee records and documentation for Cebu-based personnel.
✨ Collaborate with the Luzon HR team to ensure consistency and alignment of HR policies, processes, and initiatives.
✨ Ensure full compliance with labor laws and HR regulations in all activities.
