Architectural Draftsman (Revit) – Residential Construction

Job Overview:
We are urgently hiring an Architectural Draftsman with proven experience using Revit, and a strong understanding of Australian standards and residential construction practices. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of the Australian construction industry, including the National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant AS (Australian Standards).

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documentation using Revit
Work on residential construction projects from concept to construction documentation
Ensure all plans comply with Australian Standards and NCC regulations
Interpret architectural designs and translate them into technical drawings
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to meet project deadlines
Revise drawings based on client and consultant feedback
Maintain up-to-date documentation and drawing registers
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman, preferably in residential construction
Proficient in Revit (required)
Strong understanding of Australian construction methods, AS, and NCC
Familiarity with local council and regulatory requirements
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Candidate must be willing to work ONSITE (Office: 3F Plaza Victoria, Sto. Domingo, Angeles City)
Portfolio required (Residential / Interior Design)

Preferred:
Previous experience working with Australian clients or firms
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: Based on experience
